Špagety Bolognese

Mrkvu a petržlen očistiť a nakrájať na malé kocky. Cibuľu a cesnak nasekať nadrobno a spolu s koreňovou zeleninou podusiť na olivovom oleji. K orestovanej zelenine pridať mleté mäso a sprudka ho opražiť, kým sa nezatiahne. Paradajky olúpať, nakrájať a pridať do panvice k mäsovej zmesi. Zmes dochutiť tymianom, bazalkou, soľou, čiernym korením a pod pokrievkou dusiť približne 30 minút. Špagety uvariť v osolenej vode podľa návodu, rozdeliť na porcie, preliať pripravenou omáčkou a posypať parmezánom.
